Eodo was responsible for the design, construction, and installation of a new passenger lift at the spiritual home of Australian motorsport, Mount Panorama. Previous to the project, if someone with a disability was outside the track, there was no way for them to get inside the circuit to the corporate boxes or the pit complex.
Scope included:
- Removal of existing bridge stairs and modification of fencing
- Installation of elevator shaft and car including fire rated electrical cabling and lift shaft
- All associated electrical works
- Steel works and concreting
- Working at heights
- Structural modifications to existing Supa Cheap Bridge over Mt Panorama Pit straight
